Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how HappyFire Engine LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our website and our applications, including Musea: VR Art Museum ("Musea") for Meta Quest.

Information we collect

We aim to collect as little information as possible.

Artwork search and third-party services

When you search for a painting inside Musea, your search query is sent to Wikimedia services (such as the Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons APIs) in order to retrieve artwork and related information. These requests are subject to the Wikimedia Foundation Privacy Policy. We do not attach your identity to these requests.

Musea is distributed through the Meta Quest platform. Meta may process information as described in its own privacy policies, which are independent of ours.

How we use information

Any information we do receive is used only to operate and improve our applications and to respond to your inquiries. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Children

Our applications and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention and security

Correspondence you send us is retained only as long as needed to handle your request. We take reasonable measures to protect any information we hold.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
